Leaving the existing exterior brick walls exposed, as well as exposing and cleaning up the wood roof joists and slat decking, this client’s new design maintained and accentuated some of the key elements of this former warehouse-style building, creating a beautiful and modern new space that preserved the historical character of the building.
This space was a natural fit for black powder-coating throughout, with site-applied cross bracing to provide a consistently industrial feel throughout the space. The result was a beautifully designed and executed space for a satisfied client.
